Casa Jacaranda offers five hands-on experiences in Mexico City and Cuernavaca: a Cooking Class and Market Tour, an Evening Cooking Class, the Raices chef's table dinner, a three-day CJ Boot Camp, and a Cuernavaca Garden lunch. Most include a full four-course meal that you cook and then share. Each class offers two booking options, a flexible standard plan that can be rescheduled and a lower non-refundable plan. Current prices for each experience are listed on this page, and the multi-day Boot Camp runs twice a year and is booked by email.

Raices is an intimate dinner that explores innovative flavors built from ancestral Mexican ingredients, led by the chef each week. It is offered with or without alcoholic drink pairings.
The CJ Boot Camp is a three-day intensive program for people who want to go deeper into Mexican cooking. It runs only twice a year, and you reserve a spot by emailing the team rather than booking online.
Most classes take place in Mexico City. The Cuernavaca Garden experience is held at Casa Jacaranda's casa in Cuernavaca, where you stroll the garden and then cook a traditional four-course family lunch.
